Scanjule（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の適切な管理に努めます。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報とその利用方法について説明します。

1. 取得する利用者情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得します。

  • カメラまたはライブラリから取得した画像データ
  • 音声データ（端末内でテキスト化のみ行い、音声ファイル自体は外部へ送信・保存されません）
  • Googleカレンダー連携を利用する場合のGoogleアカウント情報およびカレンダーイベント情報

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的で使用します。

  • 画像・テキストの解析、およびAIによる文字認識
  • 端末内でテキスト化された音声データからのイベント情報抽出
  • iOSカレンダーまたはGoogleカレンダーへのイベント登録

3. 第三者サービスへの情報提供

本アプリは、取得した画像およびテキスト化された文字データのみを、Google社の「Gemini API」へ送信します。音声データは外部に送信されません。

本アプリは、Googleユーザーデータを広告プラットフォーム・データブローカーを含む第三者に販売、譲渡、または開示することはありません。

4. データの保管

イベント情報は、利用者のデバイス内（ローカル）または利用者が連携したカレンダーアカウントにのみ保存されます。当社サーバーへの保存は行いません。すべての通信はHTTPS/SSLにより暗号化されます。

5. Googleユーザーデータの取り扱い

Googleカレンダー連携により取得したデータは、カレンダーへのイベント登録のみを目的として使用します。Googleユーザーデータは利用者のデバイス内でのみ処理・保存され、当社が独立して保持することはありません。

6. ユーザーの権利

ユーザーはいつでもアプリのデータを削除できます。Googleカレンダー連携の解除はアプリ設定から行えます。

Scanjule ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

  • Image data captured from your camera or photo library
  • Voice data (converted to text on-device only; audio files are never sent externally or stored)
  • Google account and calendar event information (only when you choose to connect Google Calendar)

2. How We Use Information

  • Image and text analysis, including AI-powered OCR
  • Extracting event details from on-device voice-to-text output
  • Registering events to iOS Calendar or Google Calendar

3. Third-Party Services

Only captured images and extracted text data are sent to Google's Gemini API. Voice audio files are never transmitted externally.

We do not sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to any third party, including advertising platforms or data brokers.

4. Data Storage

Event information is stored only on your device or in your connected calendar account. Nothing is stored on our servers. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.

5. Google User Data

Data obtained through Google Calendar integration is used solely for registering events. Google user data is processed and stored on your device only and is never independently retained by us.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your app data at any time. Google Calendar access can be revoked from the app settings.
